Purpose: In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable Notification History in your Reactiv mobile app. This feature lets your shoppers see a list of recent push notifications directly inside the app, helping them stay engaged with your updates and promotions.
Prerequisites
To use Notification History, you must:
Already be using Klaviyo Analytics as your push notification provider.
Not be using customer segmentation for mobile notifications.
Have the Klaviyo Analytics integration fully set up in Reactiv.

Once your Klaviyo Analytics integration is complete, you're ready to enable Notification History.
Enable Notification History
Follow the steps below to turn on Notification History and set how many notifications your app will display.
Step 1: Open Your Reactiv Mobile Channel
In your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels.
Select the Reactiv Mobile sales channel.
Step 2: Open the App Studio
Click the Reactiv logo inside the App Studio to access your mobile app settings.
Step 3: Enable Notification History
In the left-hand menu, navigate to Notification History.
Turn on the Notification History toggle.
Set the maximum number of notifications your mobile app will display to shoppers.
The default limit is 12 notifications.
You can increase or decrease this number based on your store’s needs.
Once enabled, shoppers will automatically start seeing their most recent push notifications inside the app.
