What Can Customer Support Assist With?

  • Questions about how to use features

  • Documenting future product ideas

  • General questions about Reactiv

How to Contact Customer Support

Email [email protected] with your issue. If possible include the following;

  1. A one-line synopsis of your issue in the Subject Line

  2. Your Shopify Store URL

  3. Details about your request/issue in the body of the email

    1. Include any screenshots or screencasts (videos) of your issue

    2. If there is a specific product/collection/discount code needed to replicate the issue, please outline that in the details aswell

  4. If the request is urgent please outline [URGENT] in the Subject Line

Note: Reactiv Customer Support is available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm EST. All support inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours
