This guide will help you integrate Yotpo Loyalty with your Reactiv Mobile App. Yotpo Loyalty is a powerful tool that allows you to manage customer rewards, encouraging repeat purchases and enhancing customer loyalty.
Prerequisites
Before setting up the Yotpo Loyalty integration, ensure the following:
You have an active Yotpo Loyalty account with access to the API Key and GUID.
You are signed up with a Reactiv Plan
Your Reactiv Mobile App is already set up and functioning.
Step 1: Access the Integrations Page
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, locate Reactiv - Mobile App Builder under the "Sales channels" section.
Click on Reactiv - Mobile App Builder to open the Reactiv dashboard.
Select Integrations from the sidebar.
Step 2: Locate Yotpo Loyalty
On the Integrations page, use the search bar or scroll to find Yotpo Loyalty under the "Loyalty" category.
Click the Connect button next to Yotpo Loyalty to open the integration setup popup.
Step 3: Connect Yotpo Loyalty to Your Mobile App
In the Yotpo Loyalty integration popup, you will see fields for the API Key and GUID.
Obtain your API Key and GUID by:
Logging in to your Yotpo account.
Navigating to Settings > Loyalty & Referrals.
Copying your API Key and GUID from the Yotpo dashboard.
Paste the API Key and GUID into their respective fields in the Reactiv integration popup.
Step 4: Save the Integration
After entering your API Key and GUID, click the Connect button to save the integration.
Once saved, Yotpo Loyalty will be connected and active within your Reactiv Mobile App.
Step 5: Verify the Integration
Preview or access your live mobile app to confirm that the loyalty features are functioning as expected.
If any issues arise, recheck the Yotpo settings in the Reactiv dashboard or refer to the Yotpo documentation provided in the integration popup.
Limitations
Referral Programs: This integration currently supports customer loyalty points and tier details. Referral programs are not supported within the Reactiv Mobile App.
Customization: Loyalty program display options may be limited to the default settings provided by the Yotpo integration.
Troubleshooting
Invalid API Key or GUID: Ensure that you have correctly copied the API Key and GUID from your Yotpo account.
Loyalty Features Not Displaying: Confirm that the integration was successfully updated and check for any necessary configurations within the Yotpo dashboard.
