Setting Up Your Account Screen

In this guide, you’ll learn how to customize the Account screen with content blocks and settings.

Accessing the Account Screen

To begin customizing your Account screen:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Sales channels, then select Reactiv – Mobile App Builder.

  3. In the Reactiv App Studio, click the dropdown menu next to your store logo, then select Account.

You’ll now be on the Account screen editor, where you can modify the layout and settings for your app’s account experience.


Designing the Account Screen

The Account screen allows you to add various elements to provide information and functionality to your users.

Adding Text Areas

Use Text Areas to display static content such as welcome messages, instructions, or promotional information.

  • Drag and drop the Text Area component to your desired location on the screen.

  • Customize the text content as needed.

Displaying Order Status

The Order Status component shows users their recent orders and current statuses.

  • Drag and drop the Order Status component onto the screen.

  • In the editing panel, you can:

    • Change the title text.

    • Set the maximum number of orders to display.


Configuring Account Settings

To further customize the Account screen, click on the Settings tab within the Account screen editor. Here, you can enable or disable various sections and features:

  • Loyalty Status: Display the user's current loyalty tier or points.

  • Order History: Allow users to view their past orders.

  • Title & Subtitle Copy: Customize the main heading and subheading text on the Account screen.

  • Contact Us: Provide users with a way to reach out for support or inquiries.

  • More Pages: Link to additional pages such as FAQs, policies, or other relevant content.

  • Blogs: Showcase your latest blog posts or news updates.

Note: Some settings may depend on the integrations you have enabled in Reactiv.


Tip: Regularly updating the Account screen with relevant information and ensuring all settings are configured appropriately can enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
