This guide will help you integrate Junip Reviews with your Reactiv Mobile App. Junip Reviews is a powerful tool for collecting and showcasing customer reviews to enhance user trust and engagement within your app.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the Junip Reviews integration, ensure the following:

  • You have an active Junip Reviews account with access to the Store Key.

  • You are signed up for a Reactiv Plan.

  • Your Reactiv Mobile App is already set up and functioning.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand menu, locate Reactiv - Mobile App Builder under the "Sales channels" section.

  3. Click on Reactiv - Mobile App Builder to open the Reactiv dashboard.

  4. Select Integrations from the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate Junip Reviews

  1. On the Integrations page, use the search bar or scroll to find Junip Reviews under the "Review" category.

  2. Click the Connect button next to Junip Reviews to access the integration settings.

Step 3: Connect Junip Reviews to Your Mobile App

  1. In the Junip Reviews integration popup, you will see a field for the Store Key.

  2. Obtain your Store Key (steps in the below green callout box)

  3. Paste the Store Key into the Story Key field in the Reactiv integration popup.

Finding your Store Key for Junip Reviews

Step 1: Log in to Junip Admin

  1. Go to the Junip login page and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access Store Settings

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section in the sidebar on the left.

  2. In Settings, look for an option labeled Store Settings or Integrations (this depends on how Junip has structured their dashboard).

Step 3: Find the Store Key

  1. Within Store Settings or Integrations, you should be able to locate your Store Key (it may be referred to as a Public Key or API Key in some cases).

  2. Copy the Store Key, which you'll use to authenticate Junip’s integration with your store or other systems.

Step 4: Contact Junip Support (if needed)

  • If you can't find the Store Key, you can reach out to Junip support via their support portal or email to request guidance.

Step 4: Save the Integration

  1. After entering your Store Key click the Connect/Update button to save the integration.

  2. Once saved, Junip Reviews will be connected to Reactiv.

Step 5: Verify the Integration

  1. Return to the Studio and Preview your mobile app to confirm that the reviews are displaying as expected.

  2. If any issues arise, recheck the Junip Reviews settings make sure to Save the settings correctly.

Limitations

  • Media Support: The current integration supports text-based reviews only. Images and videos are not supported within the Reactiv Mobile App.

  • Customization: Review display options may be limited to the default settings provided by the Junip Reviews integration.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid Store Key: Ensure that you have correctly copied the Store Key from your Junip Reviews account.

  • Reviews Not Displaying: Confirm that the integration was successfully updated and check for any necessary configurations within the Junip Reviews dashboard.
