If a customer wishes to delete their account, they can submit a deletion request to the administrator of your Shopify Store. Once all orders are processed and the request is approved, the account and any associated data will be permanently deleted.
Steps to Delete Account
Navigate to the Account screen, then click on Delete Account
at the bottom of the screen.
What's Next?
Once a customer has requested to Delete their Account, an automatic email will be sent to the Shopify Store email. The Subject Line will be; Store Name: Customer Deletion Request and it will look like the below;
Authorizing the Deletion
Navigate to Shopify > Reactiv - Mobile App Builder > Manage
From this screen, you will see all account deletion requests. To authorize the request, click on the green Approve
button to the right of the request.
