In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable the Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery integration in Reactiv. This integration allows shoppers to choose how they want to receive their order directly in your mobile app, based on the fulfillment rules you’ve configured in Zapiet.
Prerequisites
Before enabling the Zapiet integration, make sure that:
Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery is installed in your Shopify admin.
Your fulfillment rules (shipping, in-store pickup, local delivery, or any combination) are fully set up in Zapiet.
Reactiv displays exactly what you’ve configured in Zapiet. If no rules are set up, nothing will appear in the mobile app.
Connect Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery
Follow these steps to connect Zapiet in the Reactiv dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Reactiv Mobile Channel
In your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels.
Select the Reactiv Mobile sales channel.
Step 2: Open Integrations
Click the Reactiv logo to open the App Studio.
In the left-hand navigation, select Integrations.
Step 3: Connect Zapiet
Locate Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery in the integrations list.
Click Connect to enable the integration.
Select Zapiet as Your Fulfillment Provider
After connecting the integration, set Zapiet as your fulfillment provider.
In the App Studio, go to App Settings.
Select Integrations.
Scroll down to the Fulfillment Provider dropdown.
Choose Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery.
Click Save.
No additional setup is required in Reactiv.
What Shoppers Will See
Once Zapiet is connected and selected as your fulfillment provider:
Shoppers will see fulfillment options in their cart based on the rules you configured in Zapiet.
This can include shipping, in-store pickup, local delivery, or any combination you’ve enabled.
Reactiv automatically reflects changes made in the Zapiet dashboard.
Reactiv uses its own mobile-optimized labels and icons to display fulfillment options, since not all web components translate directly to mobile.
Note: Future updates may allow brands to customize icons or labels. If you’re interested in customizations now, reach out to the Reactiv team to discuss additional custom work.
