Introduction
AMP Back in Stock Alerts allows you to automatically notify customers when products are restocked via Email and SMS. By integrating AMP Back in Stock with your Reactiv mobile app, you can increase conversions and keep customers engaged by making sure they never miss the chance to buy again.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure you have:
An AMP Back in Stock Alerts app installed to your Shopify store and an account set up
Your Shopify Store Name (the part that comes before .myshopify.com)
Admin access to your Shopify store with the Reactiv app installed
Steps to Set Up AMP Back in Stock Integration
1. Open Your Mobile App Builder
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
In the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the Sales Channels section.
Click Reactiv β Mobile App Builder, then select App Studio.

2. Go to the Integrations Page
From the left navigation panel under App Studio, click Integrations.
Alternatively, you can access Integrations from the top menu inside the Reactiv editor.

3. Connect AMP Back in Stock Alerts
Scroll through the list of integrations until you find Back In Stock.
Click Connect next to the integration.
In the Manage Integration window:
Enter your Shopify Store Name (this is the subdomain part before .myshopify.com).
Check the boxes for the channels you want to enable: Email and/or SMS.
Click Connect to finish.
π‘ Tip: If you're unsure of your Shopify store name, you can find it in your browser's address bar when logged into your Shopify admin.
4. Set AMP as Your Restock Alerts Provider
In the left menu, return to App Studio.
Click your company logo at the top of the page and select App Settings.
From the top menu, click Integrations.
Scroll to the Restock Alerts Provider section.
Open the dropdown and select Back in Stock Org.
Save and Publish
Click Save, Preview, or Publish in the top-right corner of the editor to finalize your changes.

Once published, your mobile app will begin using AMP Back in Stock Alerts to notify customers when products are available again.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during setup:
Ensure your Shopify store name is entered correctly.
Double-check that you've selected at least one channel (Email or SMS).
Make sure Back in Stock Org is selected as the active provider in App Settings.
