Introduction

In this guide, you’ll learn how to connect the Klaviyo Back in Stock integration to your Reactiv mobile app using the Shopify Partners interface. This integration enables you to send automated back-in-stock alerts to your customers via email, SMS, or push notifications through your Klaviyo account.

Prerequisites

Before you start, ensure you have:

  • A Klaviyo account.

  • Klaviyo Public API Key.

  • Klaviyo Private API Key.

  • Klaviyo Registered Company Name.

  • Administrative access to the Reactiv dashboard.

Steps to Set Up Klaviyo Integration

Open Your Mobile App Builder

  • Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.

  • In the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the Sales Channels section.

  • Click Reactiv – Mobile App Builder, then select App Studio.

Go to the Integrations Page

  • From the left navigation panel under App Studio, click Integrations.

  • Alternatively, you can access Integrations from the top menu inside the Reactiv editor.

Connect Klaviyo Back in Stock

  • Scroll through the list of available integrations until you find Klaviyo Back in Stock.

  • Click Connect next to the integration.

Add Your Klaviyo Credentials

  • Enter the following details:

    • Private API Key

    • Public API Key

    • Company Name

  • Choose your preferred notification channels:

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Mobile Push

  • Click Connect to complete the setup.

💡 Tip: You can find your Klaviyo keys in your Klaviyo account settings or retrieve them from another Klaviyo integration already connected in Reactiv.

Set Klaviyo as Your Restock Alerts Provider

  • In the left menu, return to App Studio.

  • Click your company logo at the top of the page and select App Settings.

  • From the top menu that appears, click Integrations.

  • Scroll down to the Restock Alerts Provider section.

  • Open the dropdown menu and select Klaviyo Back in Stock.

Save and Publish

  • Click Save, Preview, or Publish in the top-right corner of the editor to finalize your changes.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the setup process, consider the following:

  • Double-check the API keys and company name for accuracy.

  • Ensure your Klaviyo account is active and has the necessary permissions.
