Overview

You can re-target any customer that viewed any of your Reactiv Clips experiences with Push Notifications up to 8 hours after they viewed it.

Follow this guide to setup or update your Reactiv Clips Push Notifications.

Push Notification Setup Guide

1 Enabling Notifications Types

Navigate to the Notifications tab in your Reactiv Account Settings.

Here you'll find three types of Reactiv Clips push notifications to setup:

  1. Resume Shopping - Sent when a product was viewed but not added to the cart.

  2. Conversion - Sent when a product was added to cart but not purchased.

  3. App Download - Send after a purchase

Enable or disable each type of notification using the toggles (Reactiv recommends enabling all for optimal Reactiv Clips performance).

2 Creating / Updating Notifications

Use the Create notification button to add up to 4 different notifications for each stage of the shopping journey. Reactiv provides default notification copy and timings for each notification, but you can override these with what makes the most sense for your business.

If you’re unsure about what copy to use, the Use AI button will generate a high-converting notification copy for you based on your instructions!
