Prerequisites
Before setting up the Ordergroove integration, ensure the following:
You have an active Ordergroove account with active product subscriptions
Your Reactiv Mobile App is already set up and functioning.
Step 1: Access the Integrations Page
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, locate Reactiv - Mobile App Builder under the "Sales channels" section.
Click on Reactiv - Mobile App Builder to open the Reactiv dashboard.
Select Integrations from the sidebar.
Step 2: Locate Ordergroove
On the Integrations page, use the search bar to find Ordergroove or use the category dropdown under "Subscriptions".
Click the Connect button next to Ordergroove to access the integration settings.
Step 3: Connect Ordergroove to Your Mobile App
In the Ordergroove integration popup, you will see fields for the Ordergroove API Key and the Ordergroove Merchant ID
Obtain the necessary fields
Paste the appropriate information within the fields in the Reactiv integration popup.
1. API Key:
Generate a new API key for your Ordergroove account:
Log in to your Ordergroove dashboard.
Go to the "Developers" dropdown and click on "API Keys".
Under the "Application API Keys" section, click the "Create" button
Enter your company email address
Give your API Key a name e.g. reactivapp-integration
Select "Yes" to provide permission to query in bulk
Check the box to agree with Ordergroove's terms and conditions.
"Save" and create your new API Key
2. Merchant ID:
To find the Merchant ID for your Ordergroove account:
On the same page where your key was generated, notice the merchant ID listed at the top.
Step 4: Save the Integration
After entering your information, click the Connect/Update button to save the integration.
Once saved, Ordergroove will be connected to Reactiv.
Step 5: Add Subscriptions to Mobile
Navigate to App Studio > Account Settings > Integrations tab
Scroll to the Subscriptions Provider Section
From the Dropdown, select Ordergroove
Once complete, click Save & Publish
Step 6: Verify the Integration
If any issues arise, recheck the Ordergroove settings and make sure to Save the settings correctly.

Troubleshooting
Invalid Ordergroove API Key: Ensure that you have correctly copied the Ordergroove API Key from your Ordergroove dashboard.
Invallid Ordergroove Merchant ID: Ensure that your Ordergroove account Merchant ID matches the Merchant ID you’ve entered when connecting this integration.
