Setting Up a Skio Integration

This guide will help you integrate Skio for product subscriptions with your Reactiv Mobile App.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the Skio integration, ensure the following:

  • You have an active Skio account with active product subscriptions

  • Your Reactiv Mobile App is already set up and functioning.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand menu, locate Reactiv - Mobile App Builder under the "Sales channels" section.

  3. Click on Reactiv - Mobile App Builder to open the Reactiv dashboard.

  4. Select Integrations from the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate Skio

  1. On the Integrations page, use the search bar to find Skio or use the category dropdown under "Subscriptions".

  2. Click the Connect button next to Skio to access the integration settings.

Step 3: Connect Skio to Your Mobile App

  1. In the Skio integration popup, you will see fields for the Skio API Key and the Skio Site ID

  2. Obtain the necessary fields

  3. Paste the appropriate information within the fields in the Reactiv integration popup.

1. API Key:

Generate a new API key for your Skio account:

  1. Log in to your Skio dashboard.

  2. Go to the "Accounts" dropdown and click on "API".

  3. Enter a name for your key e.g. "reactivapp-integration"

  4. Click the "Generate Key" button

  5. Once your key is created, copy the key and store it safely since this will only be available to view once.

2. Site ID:

To find the Site ID for your Skio account:

  1. On the same page where your key was generated, notice the Site ID listed at the bottom.

Step 4: Save the Integration

  1. After entering your information, click the Connect/Update button to save the integration.

  2. Once saved, Skio will be connected to Reactiv.

Step 5: Add Subscriptions to Mobile

  1. Navigate to App Studio > Account Settings > Integrations tab

  2. Scroll to the Subscriptions Provider Section

  3. From the Dropdown, select Skio

  4. Once complete, click Save & Publish

Step 6: Verify the Integration

  1. If any issues arise, recheck the Skio settings and make sure to Save the settings correctly.

Limitations

  • N/A

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid Skio API Key: Ensure that you have correctly copied the Skio API Key from your Skio dashboard.

  • Invallid Skio Site ID: Ensure that your Skio account Site ID matches the Site ID you’ve entered when connecting this integration.
